1. Delivery Timeline
We know you're excited to receive your new shoes! Our standard delivery estimates are as follows:
Approximate Delivery Date: 2 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Order Processing: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours of being placed.
Please Note: Delivery times are estimates. Factors like extreme weather, public holidays, or courier delays may occasionally impact these timelines.
2. Shipping Rates
We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India!
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a Tracking ID with in 24 hours via website. You can use this to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
4. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery up to 2 to 3 times. If the package remains undelivered due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, it will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:
A mandatory unboxing video is required. (Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for video requirements).
Please report the issue to us within 28 hours of delivery.
