*Greyhut Replacement Policy*
At Greyhut, we strive to ensure you receive the perfect pair. If something isn't right, we are here to help. To maintain transparency and protect both our customers and our brand, please follow the guidelines below.

1. *Mandatory Unboxing Video*
To be eligible for a replacement due to damage or receiving the wrong color/item, you must provide a clear unboxing video.
The video must start before the package is opened.
The video must be continuous with no cuts or edits.
The shipping label must be clearly visible at the start of the video.
The video should clearly show the defect or the incorrect item received.
Note: Without a complete, uncut unboxing video, we unfortunately cannot process claims for damages or missing items.

2.*Eligibility for Replacement*
Timeframe: Items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Condition: Shoes must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Items showing signs of outdoor wear or scuffed soles.
Requests made after 24 hours in the return window.
4. How to Initiate a Replacement 
If you have your unboxing video ready and meet the criteria above:

Attach your order ID and the unboxing video.
Our team will review the footage and get back to you within  24-48 hours

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your Replacement. Approved Replacement will be dispatched soon and they will contact you when the new pair of sneakers arrives
